Biography
María Reyes is a Spanish costume designer. Her film credits include The Orphanage (2007), Spanish Movie (2009), Julia's Eyes (2010), Paranormal Xperience (2011), The Body (2012) and The Impossible (2012).
She has designed costumes for several Spanish television series, among them Merlí (2015–2018) and its spin-off Merlí: Sapere Aude (2019–2021). Director J. A. Bayona has noted her previous collaboration with him on The Orphanage while working on The Impossible.
