Mark Kiely is an American actor. He was born on 16 January 1963 in Providence, Rhode Island, and graduated from Assumption University in Worcester, Massachusetts.

Kiely is known for his role as Dwight in Gods and Monsters (1998) and appearances in The Edge (1997), Bruce Almighty (2003) and The Judge (2014). He had a recurring role as Gil Meyers in the television series Beverly Hills, 90210 (1992–1995) and has guest-starred in series including 24, CSI: Miami and Star Trek: Voyager.
