Biography

Mark Schwartzbard is an American cinematographer. He studied film at Ithaca College before moving to New York, where he worked for a decade as a camera assistant on feature films including Hollywood Ending (2002) and Borat (2006), as well as episodic television series.

As director of photography, Schwartzbard has worked on the series Master of None (2015–2017), Reservation Dogs (2021–2023), Love, Victor (2020) and Loot (2022), and on feature films including The Photograph (2020), Black Christmas (2019) and Just Before I Go (2015). He is credited as cinematographer on the series Maximum Pleasure Guaranteed (2026). He has received a Primetime Emmy nomination.
