Biography

Mary Blee is an American film editor. Born on 23 August 1976 in San Diego, California, she began her career as an assistant editor on the 1991 animated feature Beauty and the Beast. She has worked in sound editing and visual effects editing, and has been associated with DreamWorks Animation for much of her career.

Blee served as associate editor on How to Train Your Dragon (2010), The Croods (2013) and other DreamWorks titles, later becoming second editor on The Boss Baby (2017). She edited The Boss Baby: Family Business (2021) and The Wild Robot (2024). Her work on the latter earned her an American Cinema Editors award for best edited animated feature.
