Biography

Mary Malin is a costume designer who has worked in film and television since the 1970s. She began with assistant and supervisor roles before taking lead costume design credits on feature films.

Her credits include Murder by Death (1976) as assistant costume designer, The Karate Kid Part II (1986), Lethal Weapon (1987), Hot Shots! (1991), Life Stinks (1991), Losing Isaiah (1995), Broken Arrow (1996) and Jane Austen's Mafia! (1998). She has also designed for television films and received one Primetime Emmy Award.
