Biography
Matt Green is an English actor and comedian. He studied English at Christ's College, Cambridge, graduating in 2000, and served as president of the Footlights during his final year.
Green began performing stand-up comedy in 2003. He was runner-up at the Hackney Empire New Act of the Year in 2005 and appeared in The Comedy Zone at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe that year. His television credits include Garth Marenghi's Darkplace (2004), Extras (2005), Fresh Meat (2011), Cuckoo (2012), Slow Horses (2022) and Patience (2025). He has also appeared in the films Finding Neverland (2004) and Ali G Indahouse (2002).
