Biography
Matt Lauria is an American actor and musician. He graduated with a BFA in drama from the University of North Carolina School of the Arts.
Lauria made his television debut in an episode of 30 Rock in 2007. He is best known for his role as Luke Cafferty in the final two seasons of Friday Night Lights (2009–2011), as Ryan York in Parenthood (2012–2015) and as Ryan Wheeler in Kingdom (2014–2017). He has also appeared in CSI: Vegas (2021–2024) and other television series and films.
He has been married to musician Michelle Armstrong since 2006.
