Biography
Matthew Robinson is an American screenwriter and film director. He was born on 26 May 1978 in Los Angeles, California.
Robinson co-wrote and co-directed the comedy The Invention of Lying (2009) with Ricky Gervais. His other screenwriting credits include the story for Monster Trucks (2016), the screenplay for Dora and the Lost City of Gold (2019), the screenplay for Love and Monsters (2020), and the screenplay for The Last House (2026).
