Biography
Maurice Phillips was a British director and occasional actor. He was born on 25 March 1948 in Hackney, London, and died on 2 June 2012 in New York City.
Phillips directed episodes of several British television series, including three episodes of the fourth series of Auf Wiedersehen, Pet (2004). His other credits include episodes of Agatha Christie's Poirot (2006), Silent Witness (2007), Lewis (2009), Waking the Dead (2002) and Afterlife (2005). He also directed the feature films The American Way (1986) and Another You (1991).
