Biography
Megan Ritchie is a writer and director. She wrote an episode of the second season of the Apple TV+ series Severance (2025) and served as a staff writer on the second season of Sugar (2026). She received a Writers Guild of America nomination for her work on Severance.
Ritchie previously worked as a development executive at Depth of Field, the production company of Paul and Chris Weitz. She has also been a writer's assistant on series including American Gods (2019) and Severance. She wrote and directed the short film Sniff (2021) and has a feature script in development.
An alumna of Macalester College, Ritchie is a native of Minnesota and lives in Los Angeles. She is adapting the book All the Hidden Monsters for DreamWorks Television.
