Biography
Michael Angelis was an English actor. He played Chrissie Todd in the BBC drama series Boys from the Blackstuff (1982) and Martin Niarchos in G.B.H. (1991).
He trained at the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama in Glasgow. Angelis appeared in other television roles including in The Liver Birds and as a villain in the revived series Auf Wiedersehen, Pet (2002). He was the narrator of the British version of Thomas & Friends from 1991 to 2012.
Angelis died on 30 May 2020.
