Biography
Michael Cooke was an actor, also credited as Michael E. Cook. He played Herb in David Lynch's Mulholland Drive (2001) and the Casino Lecher in Showgirls (1995). His other screen credits include the television series Starting from Scratch (1988, as Michael E. Cook), the television film Poodle Springs (1998) and the feature Look (2007).
Cooke was the uncle of editor and producer Matthew Cooke. He died on 2 October 2025.
