Biography
Michael Copeman is an American-Canadian actor. Born on 11 October 1950 in Rhinebeck, New York, he has lived in Toronto for many years and holds dual citizenship.
He appeared as the 2nd Man in Bar in The Fly (1986). His other film roles include parts in The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford (2007), Death to Smoochy (2002), Fly Away Home (1996) and Abraxas, Guardian of the Universe (1990). On television he has played Odin Little in Fargo (2014), Dr. Vellek in Star Trek: Discovery (2017) and recurring characters in series including When Hope Calls.
Copeman has worked frequently with the director-producer-writer team of Damian Lee and David Mitchell. He has received one acting award.
