Biography
Michael Disco is an American film producer and president of film and television at AGBO, the studio founded by the Russo brothers. He produced The Flash (2023), directed by Andy Muschietti and starring Ezra Miller.
Disco began his career at New Line Cinema in 2000, rising to executive vice president of production. He oversaw 34 films that grossed nearly $4.5 billion worldwide, including executive producer credits on San Andreas (2015), Central Intelligence (2016), Game Night (2018) and Rampage (2018). In 2019 he founded The Disco Factory under a deal with Warner Bros. and New Line; its early projects included executive producing The Many Saints of Newark (2021) and producing The Flash.
He joined AGBO in 2023 and was promoted to president of film and television in 2026. Disco graduated from Syracuse University in 2000 and was named to The Hollywood Reporter’s “Next Gen” list in 2010.
