Biography
Michael Jackson (1958–2009) was an American singer, songwriter, dancer and actor. He began his career as a child performer with the Jackson 5 and later achieved global success as a solo artist, appearing in films including The Wiz (1978) as the Scarecrow.
Jackson is known for music videos and short films such as Michael Jackson's Thriller (1983) and Moonwalker (1988), in which he also performed and wrote. His music features on the soundtrack of the 2026 biographical film Michael.
He received voice credits in episodes of The Simpsons (1989) and made cameo appearances in later productions including Men in Black II (2002).
