Biography
Michael Price is an American television writer and producer. He has been a writer and co-executive producer on the animated series The Simpsons since joining the staff in 2002, contributing to hundreds of episodes.
Born in South Plainfield, New Jersey, Price earned a B.A. in Theatre Arts from Montclair State University and an M.F.A. in directing from Tulane University. His earlier credits include writing for Homeboys in Outer Space (1996–97), Hercules (1998–99) and Teacher's Pet (2000–02). He co-created the Netflix animated series F Is for Family (2015–21) with Bill Burr and has written several Lego Star Wars television specials.
Price's work on The Simpsons has earned him multiple Primetime Emmy Awards and a Writers Guild of America Award. He served as a script consultant on The Simpsons Movie (2007).
