Biography
Mike Francesa is an American actor and sports radio host. Born on 20 March 1954 in Long Island, New York, he is best known to film audiences for his role as Gary, a bookmaker, in the Safdie brothers' Uncut Gems (2019).
Francesa has appeared in a small number of acting roles, including providing the voice of Mike in Caught Stealing (2025). His performance in Uncut Gems drew on his distinctive on-air style from decades hosting sports talk radio, notably the long-running programme Mike and the Mad Dog.
