Biography
Mike Werb is an American screenwriter. A Los Angeles native, he attended Stanford University and graduated from the UCLA School of Theater, Film and Television.
Werb wrote the screenplay for The Mask (1994). With frequent collaborator Michael Colleary he wrote Face/Off (1997), for which the pair won a Saturn Award for Best Writing in 1998; they also share story credit on Lara Croft: Tomb Raider (2001). Werb created the television series Unnatural History (2010) and has additional credits including story work on Curious George (2006) and writing on Firehouse Dog (2007).
