Biography
Móglaí Bap, also credited as Naoise Ó Cairealláin or Naoise Iarla Ó Cairealláin, is an Irish rapper, actor and activist from Belfast. He is a founding member of the Irish-language hip hop trio Kneecap, formed in 2017 with Mo Chara and DJ Próvaí.
In 2024, he starred as himself in the biographical comedy-drama film Kneecap, which he co-wrote the story for with his bandmates. The film premiered at Sundance and he received a nomination for Best Lead Actor at the IFTA Awards; the trio jointly won the British Independent Film Award for Best Joint Lead Performance.
