Biography
Nic Lawson is a British cinematographer. Born in London on 1 October 1968, he began his career in the camera department, working as a focus puller and camera operator on productions including Hustle (2004) and Byzantium (2013).
He has served as director of photography on episodes of the television series Outlander (2023–2024), Vigil (2023), Annika (2021) and Deep State (2018–2019), and on the feature film Falling for Figaro (2020). He also contributed as B-camera operator on The Marvels (2023). Lawson has received three awards for his work.
