Biography
Nicholas Wyman, also credited as Nick Wyman, is an American actor born on 18 May 1950 in Portland, Maine. He has appeared in numerous stage, film and television productions.
Wyman originated the role of Monsieur Firmin in the Broadway production of The Phantom of the Opera. His other Broadway credits include roles in Les Misérables, My Fair Lady and A Tale of Two Cities. He served as President of Actors' Equity Association from 2010 to 2015.
On screen, he is known for playing Mathias Targo in Die Hard: With a Vengeance (1995), the New York Lawyer in Planes, Trains and Automobiles (1987) and the Concierge in Maid in Manhattan (2002). He has also appeared in television series including Law & Order and Future Man.
