Biography
Nick Wood is a British television director who has worked extensively on comedy series for the BBC, ITV and Channel 4. He directed six episodes of the first series of Black Books (2000), alongside Graham Linehan.
His other credits include multiple series of Not Going Out (from 2006), episodes of Fresh Meat (2011), Two Pints of Lager and a Packet of Crisps (from 2001), Goodness Gracious Me, Citizen Khan and House of Fools. He also directed the children’s series The Revenge Files of Alistair Fury, which won a Children’s BAFTA for Best Drama in 2008, and received an RTS Craft & Design Award nomination for his work on Not Going Out.
