Biography
Nickie Sault is a British producer and former assistant director. She began her career in the industry as a runner on the 2006 feature This Is England, directed by Shane Meadows, and subsequently worked as second assistant director and first assistant director on several films and series, including The Children (2008), The Limehouse Golem (2016) and episodes of Houdini & Doyle.
Sault has produced multiple projects with Meadows, including the miniseries The Virtues (2019), for which she received a BAFTA nomination, and The Gallows Pole (2023). Her other producing credits include the series World on Fire (2019) and The Outlaws (2021–2022). In 2024 she launched the Sheffield-based production company Class 5, which is developing the feature adaptation Rare Singles with author Ben Myers.
