Biography
Norma Safford Vela is an American television writer, producer and director. Her writing credits include episodes of St. Elsewhere (1982) and Roseanne (1988).
She created or co-created the series Davis Rules (1991), Good Advice (1993) and George (1993). Other writing credits include Sabrina, the Teenage Witch (1996), What I Like About You (2002) and V.I.P. (1998). She has also worked as a producer on several of these programmes.
