Biography
Ollie Downey is a British cinematographer. He is credited as director of photography on the Channel 4 series Fresh Meat (2011) and has worked on other early credits including Inbred (2011) and Banana (2015).
His subsequent television work includes episodes of Philip K. Dick's Electric Dreams (2017), The A Word (2017), Britannia (2019), Hanna (2020), The Power (2023), Silo (2023–2026) and One Day (2024). Feature credits include The Fires (2025).
Downey is a member of the British Society of Cinematographers. He won a BSC award for the series Reunion (2025) and received an Icelandic Academy Award nomination for The Fires.
