Biography
Orlando Jones is an American actor and comedian. Born on 10 April 1968 in Mobile, Alabama, he began his career as a writer for the television series A Different World in 1987 before moving into acting.
He was one of the original cast members of the sketch comedy series MADtv from 1995 to 1997 and served as the spokesman for 7 Up in a series of commercials from 1999 to 2002. Jones has appeared in films including Office Space (1999), Magnolia (1999), Bedazzled (2000), Evolution (2001) and The Time Machine (2002), and in television series such as American Gods (2017–2019) as Mr Nancy and Abbott Elementary (2021–) as Martin Eddie.
