Biography
Osamu Saka (阪 脩) is a Japanese actor and voice actor. He was born on 7 November 1930 in Osaka and is affiliated with Aoni Production.
Saka began his career in radio drama in the 1950s before moving into television and film. He is known for voice roles including the British Delegate in The Castle of Cagliostro (1979), Seitaro Sakaki in Patlabor: The Movie (1989), Mamma Aiuto Gang in Porco Rosso (1992), Daisuke Aramaki in Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex (2002) and its sequels, and Grandpa Son Gohan in Dragon Ball (1987).
He was married to voice actress Yoshiko Ōta until her death in 2021.
