Biography
Patrick Casey, also credited as Pat Casey, is an American screenwriter, producer and actor. Born on 19 December 1978 in Minnesota, he graduated from Boston University after working in community television as a teenager. He frequently collaborates with writer and director Josh Miller.
Casey is known for co-writing the Sonic the Hedgehog films, including Sonic the Hedgehog (2020), Sonic the Hedgehog 2 (2022) and Sonic the Hedgehog 3 (2024). His other credits include the screenplay for Violent Night (2022) and earlier films such as National Lampoon Presents Dorm Daze (2003) and Transylmania (2009). He has also written for television series including Golan the Insatiable and 12 Deadly Days.
