Biography
Patia Prouty is a costume designer and director. She worked as costume designer on the series Banshee (2013–2015) for 20 episodes across three seasons, as well as on Justified (2011–2014), American Crime (2017), Quarry (2016) and Cold Case (2003–2006). She received Costume Designers Guild nominations for her work on Cold Case.
Prouty began directing while working on Banshee, creating social-media content that led to her directorial debut on the companion series Banshee: Origins (2013–2014). She also directed second-unit and action sequences for Banshee, Quarry and Manhunt (2017), and an episode of Arrow (2019). A Warner Bros. Directors Workshop alum, she has additional credits as set costumer on films including Pulp Fiction (1994) and Almost Famous (2000).
