Biography
Paul Weigel (18 February 1867 – 25 May 1951) was a German-American actor. He appeared in more than 110 films between 1916 and 1945.
Born in Halle, Germany, Weigel began his career with a stock theatre company in Germany before acting in New York. He made his film debut in 1916.
He is known for roles including Vladimir in Ninotchka (1939), the Transylvania innkeeper in Dracula's Daughter (1936), and Mr. Agar in The Great Dictator (1940).
