Biography
Pauley Perrette is an American actress and singer, best known for portraying forensic scientist Abby Sciuto on the television series NCIS (2003–2018). She was born on 27 March 1969 in New Orleans, Louisiana, and studied criminology and related subjects at Valdosta State University and John Jay College of Criminal Justice.
Perrette began her acting career in the mid-1990s with guest roles on series including Murder One and Frasier, and appeared in films such as Almost Famous (2000) and The Ring (2002). She also provided voice work for Brother Bear (2003) and Family Guy. After leaving NCIS, she starred in the sitcom Broke (2020) before retiring from acting.
