Biography
Peggy Rajski is an American filmmaker and producer. She began her career in production management on John Sayles films including Lianna (1983) and went on to produce or co-produce The Brother from Another Planet (1984), Matewan (1987), Eight Men Out (1988), The Grifters (1990), Little Man Tate (1991) and Home for the Holidays (1995).
Rajski directed the 1994 short film Trevor, which won the Academy Award for Best Live Action Short Film, and two episodes of the television series ER in 2003. She founded The Trevor Project, a crisis-intervention organisation for LGBTQ+ youth. Rajski taught producing at New York University and served as dean of the Loyola Marymount University School of Film and Television from 2018 to 2021.
