Biography
Peter Noah is an American television writer and producer. He served as a consulting producer and writer on the fifth season of The West Wing (1999), later becoming supervising producer and then executive producer for the sixth and seventh seasons.
Noah created the sitcom Dweebs (1995) and co-created Mr. Rhodes (1996–1997). He has written episodes of The Firm (2012), Scandal (2012), Kingdom (2014), Designated Survivor (2016), The Good Doctor (2017) and The Diplomat (2023). He has also worked as a producer on several of these series.
He received Primetime Emmy nominations for Outstanding Drama Series for his work on The West Wing (2004–2006) and The Diplomat (2025–2026). His father was television game show producer Robert Noah.
