Biography
Phillip Brock is an American actor and producer. Born on 25 December 1953 in Santa Monica, California, he began performing as a child and has appeared in films and television series from the 1980s onwards. His credits include American Ninja (1985), River's Edge (1986), Highlander II: The Quickening (1991) as the Cabbie (credited as Phil Brock), Cheaper by the Dozen 2 (2005) and Enough Said (2013).
Brock has also worked in talent management. He founded the Studio Talent Group in Santa Monica in 1994 and served as executive producer on the series Brock on Your Block (2015–2020). He is a member of SAG-AFTRA and a former president of the Talent Managers Association.
