Biography
Raiko Bowman is an American actress. Born in Mississippi, she grew up in Jacksonville, Florida, and studied English and Comparative Literature at Columbia University in New York City.
She appeared as Whouley's Aide in the television film Recount (2008) and as Peeta's Mother in the feature film The Hunger Games (2012). Bowman played Woman On Boardwalk in the HBO series Eastbound & Down (2009).
