Biography
Raymond Zibach is a production designer at DreamWorks Animation. He began his career in animation as a background painter on television series including The Ren & Stimpy Show and Darkwing Duck, and worked as a background artist on features such as Space Jam (1996) and Rover Dangerfield (1991).
He joined DreamWorks as background department supervisor on The Road to El Dorado (2000) and later served as art director and production designer on Sinbad: Legend of the Seven Seas (2003). Zibach has been production designer on the Kung Fu Panda films (2008, 2011, 2016) and The Wild Robot (2024). He studied illustration at Otis College of Art and Design.
Zibach won an Annie Award for Best Production Design for The Wild Robot, shared with Ritchie Sacilioc.
