Biography
Reginald Harkema is a Canadian film editor and director. Born in 1967 in Burnaby, British Columbia, he began his career as an editor in the 1990s.
His editing credits include the films Hard Core Logo (1996), Last Night (1998), Childstar (2004) and Goon (2011), for which he received three Genie Award nominations for Best Achievement in Editing. He has also edited episodes of the television series Orphan Black and Metal Evolution.
Harkema has directed the feature films A Girl Is a Girl (1999), Monkey Warfare (2006) and Leslie, My Name Is Evil (2009). He co-directed the documentary Super Duper Alice Cooper (2014), which won a Canadian Screen Award for Best Feature Length Documentary.
