Biography
Richard Tyson is an American actor born on 13 February 1961 in Mobile, Alabama. He holds a Master of Fine Arts degree from Cornell University, where he also taught acting.
Tyson began his screen career with a guest role in the television series Moonlighting (1985) and made his film debut in Three O'Clock High (1987). He is known for roles including Buddy Revell in Three O'Clock High, Cullen Crisp Sr. in Kindergarten Cop (1990), Detective Krevoy in There's Something About Mary (1998), Robert the Fox in Battlefield Earth (2000), and Busch in Black Hawk Down (2001). He starred in the series Hardball (1989–1990) and has appeared in numerous other films and television productions.
