Biography
Rob Bragin is an American television writer and producer. He wrote two episodes of the series Miami Vice in 1989, including the teleplay for 'Miracle Man', and contributed scripts to Growing Pains (three episodes, 1989–1990) and Pee-wee's Playhouse (two episodes, 1989–1990). He graduated from the University of California at Berkeley and earned a law degree from the University of California at Hastings.
Bragin wrote 15 episodes of Murphy Brown between 1993 and 1997, also serving as co-producer, producer and executive producer on 86 episodes of the series. He received a 1994 Humanitas Prize for the episode 'Reaper Madness' and a 1990 Daytime Emmy nomination for writing on Pee-wee's Playhouse. He created the supernatural drama series Proof (2015), writing and executive producing all ten episodes, and has written or produced for Roc, Greek, Army Wives, Lipstick Jungle and other series.
