Biography
Robert Fraisse is a French cinematographer born in Paris in 1940. He began working in film in the early 1960s and became a director of photography in 1973.
He is known for his collaborations with director Jean-Jacques Annaud on The Lover (1992), Seven Years in Tibet (1997) and Enemy at the Gates (2001). Fraisse served as cinematographer on Ronin (1998), The Notebook (2004), Hotel Rwanda (2004) and The Other Woman (2014). He received an Academy Award nomination for Best Cinematography for The Lover.
