Biography
Robert L. Baird is an American screenwriter. He received screenplay and story credits on the 2014 Walt Disney Animation Studios film Big Hero 6.
Baird has worked extensively with Pixar Animation Studios. He contributed story and screenplay to Monsters University (2013) and additional screenplay material to Monsters, Inc. (2001). He frequently collaborated with writer Daniel Gerson on these and other projects.
His other credits include the screenplay for Ferdinand (2017) and screenplay and story for Nimona (2023). He began his career writing for television series before moving into feature animation.
