Biography
Robert May is an American film producer and director. He produced The Station Agent (2003) and The War Tapes (2006), and was executive producer on the Academy Award-winning documentary The Fog of War (2003) and on Stevie (2002). He founded the production company SenArt Films.
May directed, produced and wrote the 2013 documentary Kids for Cash, about the juvenile justice scandal in Luzerne County, Pennsylvania. A native of Hamlin, Pennsylvania, he studied electrical engineering before entering the film industry.
