Biography
Roger Kumble is an American film director, screenwriter and playwright. He was born on 28 May 1966 in Harrison, New York, and graduated from Northwestern University in 1988. He began his career writing and directing plays, including the 1993 satire Pay or Play.
Kumble made his feature directorial debut with Cruel Intentions (1999), which he also wrote. His other feature films as director include The Sweetest Thing (2002), Just Friends (2005), College Road Trip (2008), Furry Vengeance (2010), Falling Inn Love (2019), After We Collided (2020) and Beautiful Disaster (2023). He has directed episodes of television series including Entourage (2004), Suits, Pretty Little Liars, White Collar and Revenge.
