Biography
Rose Heiney is a British writer. She graduated from the University of Oxford in 2006 and began her career with acting roles in television series including Agatha Christie's Marple (2008) and Lewis (2010).
She has written for several television series, including Fresh Meat (2011), The Letter for the King (2020), Breeders (2020–2023), Avenue 5 (2020–2022) and Down Cemetery Road (2025). Her other credits include additional material for Flack and Miranda, and the series Small Doses (2022).
Heiney has also written stage plays, including Elephants (Hampstead Theatre, 2014) and Original Death Rabbit (Jermyn Street Theatre, 2019), and published the novel The Days of Judy B in 2008.
