Biography
Sally Wingert is an American actress. She has been a member of the acting company at the Guthrie Theater in Minneapolis since 1985.
Her film credits include the role of Irate Customer's Wife in Fargo (1996), Darla Riordan in The Straight Story (1999), Kay Stollman in North Country (2005), Gertrude in Wilson (2017) and Payroll Lady in Factotum (2005). She has also appeared in Untamed Heart (1993) and provided a voice on the television series Ally McBeal (1997).
A Duluth native, Wingert has performed on Broadway and in London's West End, including in the play La Bete. She is married to Tim Danz.
