Biography
Sam Sneade is a British film editor based in London. He founded Sam Sneade Editing Limited in 1995, which was renamed Speade Limited in 2003; he later joined Stitch Editing.
Sneade began his feature film work as editor on Jonathan Glazer’s Sexy Beast (2000). His other editing credits include Birth (2004), Stoned (2005), White Lightnin’ (2009), Emily (2022) and I Swear (2025). He served as additional editor on The Favourite (2018).
He has also edited numerous commercials for directors including Glazer, Tony Kaye and Frank Budgen. Sneade has received nominations for his editing work and won awards including Best Editor at the Creative Circle Awards and a Clio Award.
