Biography
Sandy Batchelor is a Scottish actor. He trained at the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School and has worked extensively in theatre across the UK, including productions at the National Theatre such as Othello and The Captain of Köpenick, as well as seasons at Pitlochry Festival Theatre and the Citizens Theatre.
On screen, he is known for the role of Jimmy’s Father in 28 Years Later (2025), Cram in SAS Rogue Heroes (2022), Struan Guthrie in Shetland (2013), and appearances in Ordeal by Innocence (2018), The Capture and Down Cemetery Road (2025).
