Biography
Sarah Carbiener is an American television writer and producer. She graduated from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts with a degree in dramatic writing and began her career writing for video games before moving to Los Angeles.
She is known for her work on Rick and Morty (2017), where she served as story editor and wrote one episode, and on You're the Worst (2019), as writer and producer. With writing partner Erica Rosbe, she co-created the Rick and Morty spin-off The Vindicators (2022). Other credits include episodes of Star Wars Resistance (2019), Homecoming (2020), Krapopolis (2024–2025) and Gen V (2023). She was born in South Dakota.
