Biography
Sarah Jessica Parker is an American actress and producer. She was born on 25 March 1965 in Nelsonville, Ohio.
She began her career on Broadway, appearing in the 1976 revival of The Innocents and taking the title role in the musical Annie in 1979. Her early film roles include Footloose (1984). She played Dolores Fuller in Ed Wood (1994).
Parker is known for her role as Carrie Bradshaw in the television series Sex and the City (1998–2004) and the films Sex and the City (2008) and Sex and the City 2 (2010). She has received six Golden Globe Awards and two Primetime Emmy Awards. She is married to actor Matthew Broderick.
