Biography
Sarah Lind is a Canadian actress. She was born on 22 July 1982 in Regina, Saskatchewan.
Lind's early career included starring roles as Dee Sampson in the series Mentors (1998) and as Jen MacMahon in Edgemont (2000–2005). She later appeared in True Justice (2011–2012) opposite Steven Seagal. Her film credits include The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford (2007), WolfCop (2014), The Humanity Bureau (2017), A Wounded Fawn (2022) and Die My Love (2025), in which she played Cheryl.
She was married to actor Tygh Runyan from 2008 to 2020.
